NOTE: There may be times when packages will require a UPS signature. If you know this will be a problem because nobody is home during the time frame your local UPS driver delivers, then please have the package delivered to a location where it can be signed for.
When will my item ship?
9 out of 10 times your order will ship the same day if the order is placed before 3pm CST. The exceptions being a product which is drop-shipped by the manufacturer or a item that may be backordered from the manufacturer. Items ordered after 3pm on Friday may not ship until Monday.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, we ship UPS and FedEx and a tracking number is provided if requested.
How fast is shipping?
Most parts are recieved by customers 1-5 business days after the order was placed unless it is a custom built order.
On many of our items, we must charge a refundable "core charge" when we sell it. This generally includes items such as injection pumps, injectors, turbos, torque converters, etc.
Cores are rebuildable parts that can usually be redeemed for a portion of the original purchase price. An acceptable core is one that is not broken or so severely damaged beyond repair that it can no longer be repaired and rebuilt to proper working condition.
A "core charge" is a deposit for the value of the core that is paid at the time you make the purchase. The core charge is refundable after we receive your old rebuildable core back.
To receive full core credit, the core you return must be the same model and part number as what was purchased. There is generally not a problem with core refunds. But if you are unsure if your core will meet core return policy, then email us before you place your order.
Core should be shipped back within 30 days of purchase in the original container that the new / rebuilt part was received in. The shipping cost for the return of the core is the responsibility of the customer. Please ship cores back UPS with a tracking number for your protection. Directions where to ship the cores to will be provided. just make sure to keep the original box and all papaerwork.
All products sold by Rollin Smoke Diesel carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer, and warranty documentation will be sent with the product(s). Rollin Smoke Diesel by no means offers any warranty beyond that provided by the manufacturer. In the event of a defective product, all support can be obtained directly from the manufacturer.
All products sold by Rollin Smoke Diesel are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Rollin Smoke Diesel is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the installation of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment may be required for installation and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Rollin Smoke Diesel will be in no way responsible for any consequences directly or indirectly resulting from these actions.
Rollin Smoke Diesel does NOT make any reimbursement for labor charges incured having a defective product professionaly installed.
All returns must be authorized and approved by Rollin Smoke Diesel. Return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. We do not refund shipping charges. All approved returns must be returned to Rollin Smoke Diesel in unused, unaltered condition, with in original unopened packaging.
A restock fee of 20% will be charged on all authorized returns.
All in stock products will be shipped within 24 hours. In the rare case of a backorder you will be notified with an estimate of when product will ship.
