1994-2003 Dodge NV4500 5 speed - Reverse is to the right and up
2000-2005 Dodge NV5600 6 speed - Reverse is to the right and up
2005.5-2009 Dodge G56 - Reverse is to the left and down
Hyd. kit is included on SDD3250-GK (G56).
1994-2003 NV4500 includes 1.375" input shaft.
